"The lobby was nice. The room was fine. My biggest gripe was the TV was atrocious. The picture was super dark that you couldn't watch any shows that were not animated. It also was not a smart TV so we couldn't log in to any streaming service. You had to watch what ever happened to be on cable, so we watched the Disney channel all night. After a long day at the water park we just wanted to relax and watch a movie with the kids and could not. This is a major oversite from a recently "renovated"...

"Staff friendliest, clean property, my room had a few clothing tags am assuming from a previous guest but other than that it was clean and was kept up every day, have been traveling a lot lately and can compare from my previous stay at a different place and I was very pleased with the entire experience"

"It was easy check in/out and access to the room. The room looked tidy and clean with crisp white bedding, however, there was a foul odor in the room. It smelled of urine and something that’s been wet for a long period of time. Other than that, it was good. The place is in walking distance to nice restaurants."

"We enjoyed a very helpful staff and a comfortable room. Room for all 6 of us comfortably. We do wish the floors would have been cleaner. Only one of our AC units worked, but it was in the room with the beds so we slept well. Location is perfect for walking to Knott's and saving on parking."

"This place smelled super musty! The towels looked like they were used to clean a trash can! They were super stained! Several of the surfaces were dirty and you could tell they had NOT been wiped down in a while! If you’re going to stay there, make sure you take some sanitizer wipes! Oh and one of the pillows had a bunch of hair on it, I really doubt they had changed the sheets!"

"The staff was super helpful. However the rooms should be updated and were not maintained well. The room had an odor and there were roaches in the bathroom and counter area every morning or whenever i turned the lights on. The walls were not painted there were patches. I did love how i was able to access the television and stream from my own accounts. I do wish the place was as pleasant as the staff"
