The property itself looked nice and the indoor pool was cool. The room was comfy free breakfast and staff was all right. Biggest issue was the cigarette smell in a Non-Smoking room... Lots of dust on the desk chair and around the desk lamp ( I should've taken a pic) .Also there was a weird guy roaming around the parking lot( he was wearing a cape , a hard hat and a bandana around face 👀 I would stay here again but maybe inspect the room a little better before accepting it. We checked it at 11pm and we're yo too tired to ask for another room.

I did find 2 hairs in the tub. And the bed wasn’t very comfortable. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

I love it indoor pool really friendly hospitality place for laundry gym great facilities for the money only downfall is 50 dollar security deposit even if you pay online or if you pay the security deposit in cash they have you pay 200 dollars unfortunately

Upon entering our room I immediately found multiple cockroaches crawling around the floor boards and in the bathroom. Thankfully, the staff member immediately reversed charges once we returned back to the front desk and we found a clean hotel to stay in. However, once explaining to them what the problem was and them offering a new room, I told them if they have roaches in one room they have them in all of them, they were not even phased and said “It is hard to maintain” as if it was a known issue and did not warn guests. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

I can't believe they can charge what they do. Staff told us they didn't have change for a $100 because it wasn't very busy that day. If I told them I didn't have the money they were charging for the deposit, would that be acceptable? The cherry on top of all the dirtiness and loudness was realizing that the "shades" completely let in all the light from the parking lot. The only reason we were able to sleep was by putting those disgusting and useless pieces of fabric at the end of the bed up there. Would never stay again.

The room was a dump. You could tell it had been flooded. The comforter had stains all over it, room smelled of smoke. No shampoo. The bed was comfortable. Minimal breakage to choose from. Mold around the base of the toilet.
