"The rooms were clean, bed were comfy. The outdoors looked old and outdated. The breakfast was VERY minimal…. Granola bars, muffins and 2 types of cereal, coffee was ok, not great, But those were the only options for breakfast."

"Very enjoyable stay here! Dinner at the Restaurant was excellent. Close location in proximity to the concert venue downtown we attended to see Shinedown! Staff at hotel were excellent. The hotel is beautiful inside and out! Definitely recommend staying here! A wonderful place in Knoxville!!"

"The hotel was very nice and looked like it had been recently remodeled with a gray and teal palette. The staff were efficient and friendly. Check-in and check-out took less than 5 minutes each. There were plenty of well-maintained luggage carts available. The room was clean and updated. It did take around 2-3 hours for it to completely cool off and filter out the humidity. There's a large church up on the hill behind the hotel. The church uses the hotel parking lot as a convenience. There was a lot of foot and vehicle traffic because of this, which complicated getting packed up and checked out on Sunday. It's a 4.5 mile straight shot down I-40 West to the Knoxville Convention Center, which was great for making it to & from our event quickly. I would use this hotel again if I ever have to travel to the Knoxville area."

"We had a great day at the Hampton Inn suites downtown Knoxville. I actually left three garments of clothes in the closet after we already checked out. I called and they held them for me and really appreciate that the property was an excellent condition as well. I recommend this hotel."
