"Absolutely outstanding place to stay,asked us what we wanted for breakfast and a fantastic bacon and egg sandwich was waiting in the warmer in the morning amongst a lot of other breakfast cereal too,you can even feed the cows in the field opposite 10/10"

"You'll need to manage your expectations if staying here. Its cheap & its cheap for a reason. Its not Travelodge style accommodation, but (I suspect) cheaply built and maintained block of approx 15 holiday camp type rooms in a working farm yard. I stayed in room 12 that had been recently painted & had a new carpet. Lovely hot shower, comfortable bed, working kettle. No towels supplied but i expected this from other reviews. & no breakfast despite plenty of signs saying B&B. I feel its...

"I enjoyed a cereal and coffee followed up by a freshly cooked full English breakfast and it was very tasty. The room was very tidy and the amenities were good as well, my only issue was the bed wasn't the biggest and it was very firm, but owing to my acute spinal stenosis made it very difficult to get comfortable. But that's not their problem that's my health conditions fault. There was parking on site, which I originally used but then had to move out onto the main road as people were blocked...

"Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were squeaky clean, comfortable, the TV and internet worked, people were welcoming and l loved to listen to the owls at night. Woke refreshed and had a wonderful shower!"

The property has so much fascinating history and the current owners have gone thru great lengths to keep it all in the best conditions. We loved the breakfast with a great choice.
