"The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel management charges a 500-baht fee for the second visitor so on; it is the only hotel I’ve encountered in Thailand that imposes such complications in a country known for freedom."

"No coffee in the lobby early morning. I inquired staff told me to walk 600 m to seven eleven. Don’t get oceanfront; extremely loud 24 hours. No sleep three days. Car booked through them for the airport never showed up. Grab took two minutes and was 300 baht less. Short version I’d never consider staying here again. They have brought the worst of USA to Thailand dishes sitting in halls for days, pools closed all the time, broken elevator and no bellman to help carry bags upstairs. This is a dump"

"The room was great the amenities were great. The tvs would be great to have apps such as Netflix Amazon Disney for those rainy days. The pool is huge and clean. My fiancée did have a unusual experience at breakfast she took a seat and went to the buffet and when she came back her personal items were put on another table I think they staff need to guide them to tables at the entrance"

"Pacific Club Resort is unique by itself. The room we had was a two bedroom suite with breakfast included. Breakfast had excellent choices every day and had an egg station. Mr. San (the owner) and all his staff were very helpful and nice. Would love to come back and stay here longer."

"Really good experience. Fantastic welcome with ice cream and drink. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Room was great, unfortunately we were given a top floor room as the lift was out of service until Sept 26 but they helped with luggage so was slightly less annoying. Would have been absolute perfect if the lift wasn’t broken"

"This was probably one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. The staff coordinate everything from your boat to the island, your arrival and welcome tutorial, to your departure. The rooms are unreal; absolutely stunning. The spa was incredible. The free yoga class was a wonderful benefit. And the included breakfast was amazing. Any time you need to get around the property there is an adorable car to take you. Going off property you can pay for a taxi (a little pricey) or rent your own...
