"A estrutura em geral do hotel é ótima. Os quartos Beachfront são muito bons e os Ocean Pool também. Fiquei no Beachfront Premier Pool e é excelente. Poderiam ser disponibilizadas ao menos duas cadeiras de praia para cada unidade e não somente no Premier Pool. O restaurante é relativamente caro considerando a qualidade da comida. Ao lado do hotel tem restaurantes com preços melhores (melhor custo-benefício)."

"Room was ok. The staff were nice. They food at the restaurant was very basic and the portions were very small. Service was really slow many times waiting 20 plus minutes for the food to arrive. Restaurant area is very unattractive. This would not be such an issue if there were any other options for dinning out but you need to take a boat to town to have any other eating options and the last boat back to the resort is at 4:30 so you don't have any options but to be stuck eating at their restaurant. I'm sure that they plan it that way so everyone is stuck eating there. Food is overpriced for the portion sizes. I would not recommend staying at this location."

"The rooms are spacious but the hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment it’s in an ideal location from The pier but the pool area lift and dining areas, reception and rooms are tired I would not stay here again "

"Visiting Phi Phi Island was one of the highlights of my trip to Thailand. The scenery is incredible, especially the turquoise water and dramatic cliffs. The boat tour was so much fun, and the atmosphere is lively but still peaceful. Highly recommend!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, (almost) everything was great we did some run-in situations with communication issues with the staff and it wasn't between us it miscommunication with each other. There were a few times during our 4 day stay here that we were told one thing and ultimately that wasn't correct and we were brought back to be told something else and vise vera. It was a minor inconvenience until the last day that we almost missed our boat because nobody was on the same page. "
