"Loved the restaurant and the staff working it. Food was amazing and staff were so accommodating and kind. Shower had low pressure and did not hold consistent water pressure / temperature. We stayed for two nights and requested a replenishment of supplies. No towels were exchanged and we were left no sanitary bags- which I feel there should be plenty considering the resort requests that you do not flush anything down the toilet. Overall it was a nice stay. "

"We booked this place last minute after landing at USM Koh Samui Airport. It is right next to Nathan Pier. We booked the Premier Suite Oceanfront. The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop. The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back. This is one of the the nicest rooms / properties I have ever stayed. The night shift employee helped us get a motorbike after 9pm and the day shift lady took care of our transportation to the Ferry. I highly highly highly recommend this place."
