I was excited about the pool on the roof and was surprised to find it wasn’t open to anyone (and they didn’t tell me in advance or even at check in). Even though it’s rather hot outside, the staff couldn’t explain why it wasn’t available. I even checked if later it would be available and they said no. And don’t forget you have to pay to use most hotel pools, which I find annoying."
