"Was SO looking forward to staying at Ruby's Inn because of the deep history. However, here were our issues: 1) No wash cloths. We were already ready to shower when we discovered there were no washcloths. Had to shower using a bath towel. 2) The shower controls would not allow the water to stay at the temperature selected. It went from cold to HOT without ever touching the controls. Made for a very quick HOT & COLD shower. 3) Woke to beautiful snow outside and a non-working coffee pot. ...

"The place was great! The bedroom was spotless, comfortable beds and breakfast was awesome! The breakfast was cooked on the spot so that we could customize it to our preference and eat it hot!
