"There are two issues that we faced: 1) The water was not hot enough and a lot of times water came hot for 10 seconds and then it started again cold water 2) in the gym, the elliptical was not working. For both the issues, we talked to front desk multiple times and still no resolution were there till we stayed. I would like to get some refund based on the experience we had."

"My wife and I like B & Bs for the breakfasts and the innkeepers. The woman who runs this B&B was extremely unfriendly. When we arrived we introduced ourselves and we were answered with a grunt. No name. She never asked where we were from, what we were doing during our stay, where else we were visiting on our trip, or if we needed advice or had questions about the local area or the park. "The cabins were large size. Lots of room to move around. The porch was cute and we enjoyed sitting in the chairs at night looking out at the beautiful scenery. Beds were comfortable, it was nice and quiet for sleeping and the water for the shower/bath nice and hot. Very close to a great pizza and icecream place in Tropic and only 5 minutes from the Mosey Cave Trail in Bryce Canyon National Park. 15 minutes from the visitors Center. "Pleasantly surprised. Would have stayed longer. Close to Bryce. Check in is handled by motel across the street. Gas, groceries and a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner also right across. Expect to be out of service area and spotty satellite. Clean bath and great water pressure."

Rooms were updated to some extent but needs some tlc for some needed paint, uneven floors, not enough cups and drinkwear for four people, even though was rated for six, air conditioner was not working, but was repaired the next day. "The dome was so nice! It was clean and spacious. And the gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The bed and bedding were luxurious. Thank you for providing firmer, non lumpy pillows! I don’t know what the sofa bed was like because my silly child made a nest of blankets and pillows and fell asleep that way. The tiny kitchen was just right to cook a bit of breakfast. The star viewing areas were a nice touch. We were bummed that we were too tired to stop and stargaze."

"Unfortunately, it took me 2 hours to get to the property. The address was wrong on Expedia so I FINALLY arrived in the dark. There was a person trying to help me get there but when I did. I was alone and lost and it was dusk. I went to the tent. It was lovely but my zippers didn't go all the way down.
