"I checked in late but it wasn't an issue. My room was very well taken care of, clean, stocked with a few nice bottles of water. My stay was put slightly off due to the adjoining room being three very loud women that decided to smoke and scream instead of talk. That's not really on the hotel as much as it was on this particular group. The restaurant is not bad, their room service is very fast. I liked the pool, it's smallish but wasn't ever too crowded. The staff is beyond helpful, they were amazing. Be aware this hotel is on a busy street with a lot going on so expect to get slapped in the face with noise once you're out of the lobby."

The rooms are beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and offer stunning city views. Every detail feels thoughtfully considered, making it a fantastic place to relax after exploring Bangkok. The location is exceptional, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport, making it the perfect base for discovering everything the city has to offer. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the service. Every member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a memorable stay. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and the hospitality was consistently first class. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines outstanding service, luxurious accommodation, and an unbeatable location, Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit is hard to beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back on our next visit to Bangkok."
