This place was out of the world. The staff was amazing. The check-in process was smooth and efficient and easy. They anticipated your every need. The food was great absolute perfect, and to a tour of Cambodia.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the pool. The food was good but some of the prices were expensive. I would return.

Hotel is great !! Staff are very welcoming & helpful. Especially SREY. She is wonderful. 3 pools on the premises are very nice & never busy. Beach is the best on the island. Great location - quiet end of the beach! The bungalows were lovely. Hospitality wasn’t great - not he warm welcome and customer service we’d had before coming to the islands. Sun beds on the beach were a great bonus although you need to get out early as there’s not enough for all paying guests.

Had a rough start but the rest of the stay was great. Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was great. I would definitely recommend and plan to return in the future. I already recommended to family and friends.

This is beautiful place on the planet, but get affected by humans disrespect to the nature. Sometimes you can see rubbish from ships floating towards the beach. However big respect to Song Saa owners and management who invest a lot in environment!
