"These are usually the most disgusting hotel types . I booked prepared to give one star ratings like EVERY OTHER HYATT HOUSE . I was prepared.to be grossed out. This one is super nice clean and friendly. They should be the model for the rest of the brand. "

"Something to know about this hotel. Being so eco-friendly their thermostats don’t really work. It shows one temperature in reality its much much warmer. Also their mattresses are way too soft and there’s no alternatives. Other than that, the staff is nice and friendly and overall hotel is pretty clean."

"The Hotels. Com site said there was a 24 hour shuttle. When we got to the airport at 11pm, I just called the hotel when we got to Baggage claim and they told me where to go outside, told me the color of the van and how long it would take for them to get there. It worked out perfectly. Our room was brand new, lovely, with great pillows. The breakfast was a nice change from the usual, with flour and corn tortillas, a southwest condiment bar and carnitas alongside the regular breakfast fair. It was wonderful"
