"We had a wonderful stay at Dubrovnik Luxury Residence – L’Orangerie. The reception lady was super helpful and kind, and she went above and beyond to help us with parking and show us around the unit when we arrived. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was excellent. "Whilst functional the property is very dated and in need of repair. Boiler only allows for 1 shower. Crack in TV screen and cooker splash back. Curtains illfitting allow in light. Balcony furniture old and uncomfortable. The ability to use the facilities in the hotel next door saved the holiday.reception staff pleasant and accommodating but it should not be necessary to ask for things like beach towels, a drying rack for clothes, change of towels mid way through week. Overall average."
