"First of all, as of today (2019-11-24), the location given by Expedia and Google Maps for this property is that of a private housing complex, not that of the lodge! Thankfully, some locals were kind enough to bring me to one of the Richland Lodges (it's a small local chain of lodges). There, they told me none of the locations had received a booking from Expedia. Also, I was told that the Sinazeze location is actually half an hour drive out of Livingstone instead of downtown as indicated by...

"Generally run down and simple lodge. The room was huge but just missing simple things (hangers for the cupboard for instance) or a kettle for drink. No fridge like in pictures No hot water for the shower, wifi was poor (until we moved it to the room) Breakfast was poor"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clara went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible though nothing else was pleasant about the place. There's no microwave not only in the room but the whole lodge didn't even have 1 single microwave, not even in their kitchen. We asked the owner if he could organize a microwave for us, he said he'd look into it but never did.The toaster was broken, we literally had to stand next to it and hold the button down while toasting the bread...

"Wonderful stay at an authentic African lodge with beautiful views from their restaurant deck. We stayed in the family chalet which was on the outer rim of the campus. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. We were able to borrow an electrical conversion box from the reception. Baboons were wandering during the morning and afternoon. "While the room was clean but if you want a place infested with ants and cockroaches and no water, unhelpful staff - this is the place! We were met with an infestation of ants. And not a couple. Millions and millions of ants. The staff blatantly refused to give us a new room stating they had treated the room but the ants returned. There were several cockroaches roaming around the room. They continuously turned off the water and had to call them to turn it on to use the shower and toilet. There...
