"The hotel is in an excellent location. You can walk to amazing restaurants, shops and the local streets are beautiful. It’s really easy to get around from here. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers. However I did not find the reception staff very helpful. I wanted advice on day trips, booking a private car and booking a restaurant and they wouldn’t help me or were very reluctant to help. Booking various things on websites and via phone can be very difficult when you don’t speak Japanese. In addition the rooms are provided with fresh towels each day but the beds are not made. However the beds are very comfortable after a long day out!"

There’s a great multi level shopping mall next door. Could’ve used more mirrors, shower did change temperatures while using it, bathroom was small, especially for having the only sink."
