"Perfect stay, nice staff, room was lovely, very comfy large bed with great pillows. Nespresso, small fridge and balcony. Huge rainshower in the bathroom and AC for the hot summer days. Absolutely recommendable. Would stay there again, definetly. "

"I booked this hotel because it was near the airport. My cruise ended in Rotterdam and my flight didn't leave until 5pm so I needed a place to stay for the day. It was perfect - a great place tp spend a few hours. The reception desk manager was outstanding and made my stay very enjoyable. It was the weekend so the shuttle to the airport didn't go but it was only a 10 minute walk to the departure terminal."

"Hard to locate as there is no name sign on the front. There is a banner that has the word "HOTEL" on it. There is a small oval metal sign that hangs from the rite end of the awning with a picture of the girl w the pearl earing on it. It is free to blow in the wind and last Sat the wind flipped it upside down where it stayed in that position. I informed the receptionist but she didn't care. Across the front and above the awning or canopy, the original sign of the cigarette factory is visible but...

"Checking in is a problem, particularly for people who do not have Internet access everywhere they go, or are not IT saffy. Another guest helped us to get the address and pick up a card so we could enter the facility. In the room was a note that you could pick up an access card elsewhere, which has no purpose at all as you cannot read this note until you are in your room.
