"シャワールームの扉がなくトイレ側がベチャベチャになりました。扉が壊れて取り外した部屋だったようで、友達の部屋にはちゃんと扉がありました。フロントに言うとないのはどうすることもできないと。 また2日目に部屋に戻ると、窓が開けっ放しになっていて夜に気づいて閉めました。掃除の人が閉め忘れたようです。 あとは４階のラウンジは閉まっていたし、一階のカフェはオープン時間が遅いので、隣のコーヒーショップに行きました。そこのコーヒーが美味しかったです。"

"Hotel was located at in a great area. Very convenient to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The room (802) was very clean and well kept. Bed was firm which is just right for me. Air conditioning was perfect. The hot tub was the best part after a long day I definitely enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. I couldn’t ask for more during my stay. I definitely recommend and also I will be a regular returning customer."
