We tried to change the booking for five days later and Hotels.com were very helpful but the hotel refused as I hadn't taken out the cancellation option. I had hoped that, as my company often uses the hotel, they would be understanding but they were very short-sighted and were extremely corporative. "From arrival to departure we couldn’t fault this hotel . Staff was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble . Room spacious, clean , good facilities . Ate in the restaurant which was great and the breakfast was full of choice and plentiful. Left early on the last day and we were given 2 cool bags with wide variety of foods . Highly recommend staying here ."
