The pool deck could have used more lounge chairs. Most days they were being saved and no one was actually using them. Staff needed around pool area. Could enforce rules about not holding loungers with personal items and towels for hours without using the loungers."

Only issue with staff is we had a house keeper walk into our room without approval at 9:30 in the morning. It was a little sketchy! Pool looked nice but never used! Did get bit by something while there…could be mosquitoes or the other something else…never seen the actual bugs but had the bites….other than that, the place did seem clean, nice shower! "We had the room with a private hot tub and it took 12 hours to heat up to a hot tub, so it’s really a lukewarm tub. Breakfast options were also very limited."

The bathroom is the only downside with the shower being very small and showerhead being more-so a wand that you hang up that falls once water pressure is turned off"
