"Excellent property and excellent views, great ambience outside the room, externally everything looks and feels like a luxury resort. Inside the room is not pleasant, everything is low class / middle class. Service is near zero. No room service not even can you ask for a favor to be brought to the room, like a beer or a sprite. "First the positives. The rooms are well maintained. The gym is clean and has top notch equipment. The food is really excellent and has no garlic no onion options. Housekeeping is really good. The beds and comforters and pillows are superb quality. Now for the not so good news. The staff is quite untrained and unprofessional.
