"The ac was out in the main lobby. The staff was nice, but not happy about being charged additional for parking my car outside. If there is a mandatory fee, it should be reflected in the rate."

"Expedia needs to please get in touch regarding this booking. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was checked into a room that was still under maintenance. A used toilet plunger was outside the door upon arrival. Broken bathroom shelving, bathroom shower broken and no hot water, toilet not affixed to the floor and a box of cigarettes in the bathroom. Our room was clean and housekeeping was very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to anyone wanting to visit the area."

"The room itself and the property were clean. The staff was friendly, especially the second shift. The breakfast was good, but not worth the money I paid. Didn't use the bar, I am not paying $7 for a bottle of domestic beer. The main reason I got a room here was because of the jacuzzi, but it was down for some reason. The hotel could use a few more parking spots. It's in a good locations, since there are many places to eat that are way cheaper than the restaurant. I think I would stay here again,...

"Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Door wasn’t working at 1am and staff wouldn’t help us get in our room until the next day when it had our phone chargers important meds and clothing in it, all they said is to bad we’ll try again tomorrow. After this I waited all week to speak to a manger and that never happened. The blankets and sheets all had more stains then I can count."
