"I booked this hotel specifically for the indoor “heated” pool. The pool was cold and not heated at all. The walls in the room were pretty dirty as was the floor. The worst of it was the German roach infestation in the kitchen. I didn’t anticipate having to spend my night killing roaches on vacation. ..."

"The photos show amazing beach views and spacious rooms. We ended up in a tiny room across from the elevator with a lot of exterior noise and very little space. There were not enough outlets and the dehumidifier just added to the noise. I wish I had booked a different choice."
