We loved our stay at Ibis Styles Inanam! The room was delightfully spacious, and the washroom just as generous. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with all our inquiries, making check-in a breeze. The hotel is tucked away from the city’s hustle and bustle, yet conveniently located with good amenities nearby — a supermarket just 2 minutes’ walk away, a Chinese seafood restaurant right next door, a shopping mall close by with many local cafes/eateries in vicinity. For a deeper taste of local culture, hop on a 30-minute Grab ride to Gaya Street, where you can immerse yourself in fun-filled activities and vibrant night markets.

スタッフの方が非常にフレンドリーで親切でした。拙い英語を聞き取ってくださり、地図を書いて下さったり。 ただし家族連れにはあまり向かないかも、設備が簡素的。若い人にはスタイリッシュで良いかもしれないけど、小さな子供を連れた我が家は少し大変でした。照明が少ないとかアメニティが必要最小限とか、、、。 それでもスタッフの良さで全て打ち消されます！！

スタッフの態度が悪い

ホテルに到着した時も、フロントスタッフ達の態度がとても悪かったが、チェックアウト時もスタッフの態度がとても悪い。ホスピタリティは全くない。挨拶も出来ていない。言わない 朝食会場のスタッフは、まだ良い。 部屋は普通で、TVも使えず、全体的に暗い。 Wi-Fiを使っていても、何度も途中オフラインになったりする。 また、すでに税金等全て込みで支払っていたが、フロントで観光税を別途徴収された。いつもhotels.comで予約をしているが、観光税はいつも含まれているので、他のホテルで徴収されたことはない。今回は、hotels.com経由で返金された。その時のスタッフの態度も、相変わらず悪い。 ホテルの立地もとても悪く、周りに何もない。 プールもないし、コストパフォーマンスも悪い。 すぐ近くにGrand InHotelがあり、部屋の質も眺めも全然変わらない上、Grand InHotelの方が安いので、違うホテルに泊まった方が良いと思う。

到着した時から、スタッフの態度が悪い。全く挨拶もなく、荷物も嫌々ながら運んでいる感じ。複数のスタッフに笑顔や愛想がない。 また、Wi-Fiが、一度接続されてもすぐ切れてしまったり、テレビもスマートTVではない上、普通のチャンネルでも接続が悪く、ずっとLoadingのまま止まったりする。（その後Wi-Fiは回復したが、結局テレビは使わなかった） 部屋はコンクリート打ちっぱなしで全体的に暗めな上、ライトがとても少なく、夜は特に非常に暗い。窓からの眺めは良い。 場所は、市内からとても離れる。 後から朝食をつけたが、一人RM２０で安い。種類は多い訳ではないが、ビュッフェでRM20なのでお得だと思う。 また、連泊だったが、指定した時間に清掃してもらえた。 全体的に、そこまで良い訳という訳ではなく、まぁまぁ。

The hotel is clean and quiet. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. My feedback on the following that would need improvements: 1. room wifi - connectivity wasn't good upon my check-in. I had to use another login given by the staff and the signal was weak. 2. broaden the breakfast spread on Skydex and to keep the food warm at all times. 3. increase the television channels by adding news broadcast like CNA, CNN and to have Korean channel. Overall, my stay was pleasant and will book again if I make another trip to KK. Thank you.
