Beach restaurant not recommended. Long waiting times, food at the pool is 1000x better.
Beach front villa big, but showers dont work properally and beds squeek. We got an upgrade from a suite, but i wouldnt pay 2000€/n for it.

"This place is for my non picky travelers (just to sleep). It is located right in the heart of old town, minutes from the beach and bus station. Erdi was a great host and he was very accommodating, if you need anything, just ask. Good AC! Internet not so great so dont even think about working, just enjoy Kotor. PS. The Balkan breakfast he offers is delicious. PLUS: he has a very nice cafe minutes away. I would definitely come back if Im ever in Kotor again."
"Negative experience. The room was dirty, facilities broken, e.g.: WC and sink were leaking water.
