"English translation follows. I recently stayed at the Yukai Resort. One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. "チェックイン時の対応が長過ぎる点で、、、 場所的に長旅で疲れた状況なんで、ダラダラした説明は不快になります。例えば、街の説明はわかり易いしおりがあるから、川沿いの露天風呂以外の説明は必要無かったです。17時にチェックインなのに閉店してるヨーグルト屋さんの紹介をされてもね〜！って感じです。 それと、フロントは清潔感はあるのですが、変な匂いがします。 それと、チェックイン時の部屋の温度、3月前半なのに、エアコンの設定が冷房の22℃！入った瞬間、寒い！ってなりました。そのまま長い説明になり！だったんで、そこも不満に思いました。 温泉などは良かったから、長旅で疲れてるお客様の気持ちになって対応してくれると満足度が高まると思います。"

"1階に宿泊しました。部屋はとても清潔感があり、内湯もあって大浴場から見える海は圧巻で最高でした！！2歳の娘と宿泊だったのでオムツの廃棄ボックスも置いていてくださったり、食事は頼んでいなかったのですが食器は準備してくださっていたりと心配りを感じました。 夕飯は順番に食事が運ばれてくるのですが、全部で２時間かかったので提供スピードを早くして貰えると小さい子連れの家族にはとてもありがたかったです。食事はどれも美味しく、部屋の裏から海に直結して出れる動線もあり夏の海水浴シーズンにまた是非利用したいです。"

"The property is huge. The room is very spacious and clean, thought the furniture is a little antique, the staff were courteous and efficient, though they speak only Japanese but they try to converse with you in English. There is a big outdoor carpark. The breakfast was excellent , large variety, well presented, healthy options available, remember to return your used cutlery and tray to the nearest rack after your meal. There is not much to do in the hotel except for onsen and table tennis. The forest surrounding the hotel provides a breathtaking view. Have to venture out, there is plenty to explore."

"This is a rather old hotel. It took us a while to locate it, because the name of the hotel was changed. Onsens were very dark, small and uninviting. Buffet dinner and breakfasts were plentiful in volume, but not in quality. It did not offer hardly any fresh sea foods. "
