"We had an outstanding stay at this beautiful resort. The staff members are helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and tastefully decorated. There are many activities at the resort, including an adventure course with zip line, yoga, painting, cooking class, dance performance, games room. Wish we had spent a couple more days at this resort. "

"This was my favorite hotel that I stayed in while in Kerala. The service was top notch - the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable! The property sits right on the water. The rooms are spacious. The food was wonderful. They helped me coordinate a canoe ride through the backwaters. In order to get to the property in this prime location, the car ride is on a small dirt road at the end."

"Unfortunately I had to cut short the holiday as the hotel is not what I was expecting. It has no restaurant on site TV did not work WIFI was non existent The beech is a 15 minute walk The reception didn't look like one The rooms were stuffy and smelt of stale air The shower in one of the rooms did not work The road leading to the room was muddy following the monsoon with no amenities to keep your shoes clean. On the plus point: The staff were enthusiastic and helpful The rooms are big The...
