"This was a scam. The property was advertised as having a pool and spa, which was a key reason for booking. On arrival, we were redirected to Pattisons Boutique, which has neither facility. Being told to drive to another hotel to use these amenities was not what was advertised or agreed upon. I would like a partial refund for the amount paid toward the pool and spa facilities. Otherwise, the staff were polite and helpful, and the estate was beautiful."

"The people at Taj were extremely hospitable, and we had a wonderful stay with them. We stayed for two nights, booked via two different channels. I had no hassle; they had preemptively merged the reservation. Food was good, their head chef had been constantly following up :). Their indoor and outdoor games were good engagement for kids. The pool instructor was helpful and stayed with my kid to get him comfortable in the water. Over had a wonderful experience here."

All the staff, especially the relationship executive (Ms.Sabera) took her time to ask and made sure everything was good and we were all comfortable with the service . And all others were also friendly and welcoming. Overall such a great experience and service."
