Krabi hotel guide. Centara hotel in Krabi, Krabi Province

We stayed for 2 nights. It is a nice, new comfortable hotel consisting of three big wooden houses. Room we had had one king size bed on one floor, and single bed in a small separate room above us.. Really comfortable and size was appropriate. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. And meals they offered were absolutely gorgeous. Area had nice views around. If you prefer concrete jungle in city center - avoid. But if you like the sound of forest and true Thailand - highly recommended. 10...

Amazing staff!

This hotel was just divine. The grounds to the apartments and rooms are just so beautiful, it really is paradise. The staff were incredible and couldn’t do enough for you. My partner and I are vegan and both restaurants were more than accommodating with ensuring we had choice and variation during our stay. The hotel is well maintained and always spotless. I also had a massage during my stay which was a lovely experience. Would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back already!

Totally relaxing beachfront paradise. Lovely team that are happy to facilitate most requests. Our chalet faced directly on to the beautiful scenic beach and was our perfect honeymoon hideout.

We can back on 27 October 2024 from this hotel and it was incredible. The staff were lovely and so accommodating and the facilities were amazing and the rooms were beyond anything we could imagine. The food - in particular Raitalay Terrace was delicious! The choices they had in particular for vegetarians were so great. Can’t wait to come back again here. Special mention to Oil from guest relations and Salma from the activities centre for answering all our questions and organising excursions.

I would stay here again. The room was very clean, the breakfast was appreciated, the staff was nice. For those who are unsure of the area, it's a relatively quick walk (10 minutes) to the center of Krabi town, and there is a tasty, very clean and modern restaurant right around the corner. It's also a five minute walk to 711 or Tesco Lotus grocery store. This hotel provides great value for the money, however, if you chose the cheapest room, you will be on the ground floor next to the lobby,...

Stayed in Triplet premier and cliff cottage. Triplet premier is better as it's lot bigger and has jacuzzi bathtub. View from room is also nice. Cliff cottage is also nice but doesn't have the bathtub . Swimming pool is big and views are awesome. Lush green grounds and cliff views are really nice. Hotel restaurant lunch and dinner menus are good and prices are reasonable. Breakfast was the best we had in Krabi till now. Hotel staff always great you with a smile. They surely know how to greet and...

Great location

Great location with easy access to the likes of Railay Beach for just 150THB for long tail boat. Decor of rooms set up to feel very homely with the added bonus of a huge bed. Initially thought spiral staircase would be an issue with lots of luggage but staff on hand to carry bags etc. No complaints and would have no hesitation recommending this to anyone.

It's a little bit off the beaten track, but the hotel offers a frequent shuttle service, and we hired scooters anyway. Beautifully quiet and peaceful, with a fabulous central tiered swimming pool. Rooms are large and well appointed, beds comfortable, and facilities are great. The restaurant is excellent and prices are very reasonable. Ample choice for breakfast. What sets this place apart is the staff, every single one of them. Polite in the extreme, always smiling and very helpful. I...

This is a very nice small inexpensive hotel. The room was large and very clean - looked like it had been refurbished recently. The bed was huge and comfortable. Will certainly stay here again. Thoroughly recommended.

We enjoyed tremendously our 3-night stay here. The room was large, the views from the window are fantastic, breakfast was excellent and the pool was beautiful and great fun. The location is not perfect (7 minutes by car from central Ao Nang, not walkable), but the almost-hourly free shuttle from the hotel to the center is convenient. Above all - the staff was fantastic. We did encounter some issue during our stay (not the hotel’s fault), and everyone in the staff went out of their way to solve...

Really lovely hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a good shower and effective air conditioning. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but there are plenty of places to eat and drink near by if you don’t fancy the walk. The distance from the main streets means it’s a bit quieter than some of the other hotels around Ao Nang. The receptionist was very helpful and organised a motorcycle for us at a good price. All in all a great place to stay.

Great stay, incredibly friendly staff and fantastic excursions available (would highly recommend the mangrove picnic boat - min and kao were great!)

.

Great hotel and exceptional staff and service, just want my partner and I love. We’ve never stayed anywhere where the manager has gone out of his way to find all new guests and welcome them personally, or where the restaurant manager checks in with each dinner to not only say hello, but to genuinely see you how you are and to see if he can do anything further to help you. We loved that the beach sun loungers had little buttons with options to “call waiting staff” and “order the bill” (and the...
