"I booked this hotel from Expedia on a tight budget. Was very pleasantly surprised to find the hotel is far from budget! The room was immaculately clean, there was no smudge or speck of dust anywhere. The beds were comfortable, and the climate control is very good, even automatically stopping if the window is open. Breakfast was incredible. Fresh salads, meats, breads, fruit, cheeses... There was something different everyday. We were never around for lunch or evenings, but the food looked amazing there too. If you go without a cleaning, you can pick a reward for each day, such as free prosecco, a late check-out, or coffee. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was quiet at night too. Thanks!"

"A fantastic hotel well located for all the major sightseeing. Hotel was clean, well maintained & staff were friendly & polite! "The hotel is the perfect place to explore the city from. Close to the main station being about 3 mins walk, close to North of the old town, about 2 mins. The hotel is clean, tidy and fresh. The staff were fantastic and gave recommendations for restaurants, which we tried out and were brilliant. The breakfast was great choices and the breakfast box when breeding to leave early was very generous."

"Easy check in and out. We could leave our luggage for the day at reception after checking out, which was helpful. Handy central location in the middle of Krackow. Decent breakfast with a good mix of cooked and continental. Also a good restaurant adjacent with discount for hotel residents. The room was basic but clean with tea and coffee making facilities and a lockable safe. Decor could do with an update in the corridors. We enjoyed our stay."
