"Could not fault this hotel for cleanliness and staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The only thing that was disappointing with our room was the shower rather small and we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. The location was a 2 minute walk from the main market square and local shops and restaurants were close by."

"Very impressed. Good location for the train station and old town. The room was lovely and clean, well maintained, had shower gel, shampoo and body lotion. Hair dryer and steamer for clothes too. Staff were helpful and friendly without being too much. Would definitely recommend."

"Easy check in and out. We could leave our luggage for the day at reception after checking out, which was helpful. Handy central location in the middle of Krackow. Decent breakfast with a good mix of cooked and continental. Also a good restaurant adjacent with discount for hotel residents. The room was basic but clean with tea and coffee making facilities and a lockable safe. Decor could do with an update in the corridors. We enjoyed our stay."
