"The hotel is ideally located for exploring and being close to local amenities. Our room overlooked the main street, but was very quiet and nice to look down onto. Our room (a standard queen) was large, with a sofa and nice bathroom. We used the spa multiple times - the pool, sauna, hot tub etc were free to use up until 10pm. Location of Hotel is fantastic for making it your base in Krakow, The Castle is literally next door and the main square a 10 minute stroll away. We arrived later than planned due to delay with travel arrangements and arranged breakfast for the next morning to be available on a take away basis as we had a 6am pick up for a tour booked the next morning, it was no issue and was ready and waiting...

"Great stay, as usual. This is my third stay over the years and this hotel still keeps high standard. If us very clean and quiet. Rather minimalistic but you have everything what you need for a few days in Krakow. Location is very good if you want to visit old town and the Jewish district of Kazimierz. There are bikes to borrow, small gym. Super clean sauna, steam room and the testing area. Excellent although rather pricey breakfast. I will definitely stay there again next year. "
