"The location is great - easily walkable to the market square or to Kazimierz. Staff are exceptionally helpful and cheerful - brilliant. Breakfast was a spread of many choices - really tasty ham and meats, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit, fresh bread rolls, some hot dishes - scrambled egg and sausages. ..."

"The hotel and room are very modern and beautiful. Great location and very quiet. The cleaning staff left a bit to be desired...forgot to give clean towels, forgot to refill hand soap and shower gel. The sheets were not shaken, and had our hairs left on them. Other staff were great though."
