"The location is the best BUT the check in process bit confusing and also we were assigned to the first floor unit , it s quoet dosappointing as the unit literally side by side with the street ( if we open the window its literally people can jump in ) and its so noisy . But if we closed the window the air inside the room is very stuffy … also the rain shower is broken In short I reccomend this apt just for the location ( just across the oldtown) other than that dont expect much "

"We stayed in Innsbruck in July as a family of 4 with two children, ages 12 & 17. Parking- Although there is no onsite parking, there is an offsite paid parking garage around a 5 minute walk from the apartment that was easily walk-able. Communication & Check-in- The communication was limited but informative and the Check-in was seamless. You access the entrance to the Apartment via a restaurant and check in with the hostess. "Excellent location, although being in the center of the old town means it can be a bit noisy in the mornings. I would recommend earplugs. Having said that, the location is fantastic, the check in staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself had everythin we needed, including a good shower, air-con and a small kitchen with fridge and oven. I would definitely stay there again."
