"The rooms are clean and it's pretty good value for the money. 5 star hotel rating is a bit generous considering the amenities are not that superb, and staff range from very friendly and helpful to a bit confused.The area is fairly central which is nice. Elevators are slow, especially to the pool, but it's not the biggest deal. Speaking of the pool, it's cool but rather crowded. "

"Our family enjoyed our 2 nights stay there. We had a stunning view of KLCC and KL Tower from our unit. The unit was comfortable, clean and tastefully designed. KLCC and Bukit Bintang is just a short drive away. Host and security were all friendly. Would have been better if there was a hot water kettle provided, if the water pressure in the bathroom was stronger and if there was wifi but other than that we would highly recommend this unit. "
