1. I booked through Expedia. Price was very good value for money. 2. Confusion about whether the Expedia Itinerary # was sufficient for check in, or whether an Ion Delemon Booking No. was required. 3. Card key didn't work the first time, causing inconveniece.

Overall is good

The stay is awesome and the unit we got is big enough and comfortable stay for a family of 5. The only downside is the Wifi is not working during our stay, but other than that it was all good :)

Nice property; But No information counter or reception. Premium suits does not come with breakfast facility through online booking (such as Expedia), breakfast cost you 60 MYR per person per day, no near by restaurant one way transportation to Firstworld will cost you 40 MYR one way or you need to get Shuttle (6 MYR per person, every 30 mins - 1 hr (3.8 km). Food facility available at First world only except one break fast facility at ION. Think wisely about your package selection from online bookings, though cost is secondary in holiday, basic facilities such information counter, transportation are not convenient in this property.

Was kept routed to and fro from hotel lobby by the ushers without knowing where and whom to contact when checking in. The contact given by the booking was not in service. When we checked abt the hot pool, they have us wrong timing. We planned n rushed back to the homestay to go swimming..only to realise it was closed. We called back to check on the timing and the person said sorry. He forgot.

My staying unit is very very dusty and very very dirty. When we checked in the unit, saw someone left some drawing on the dust on the table. Floor full of dust. Living room light is not functioning. Next door unit main door was taken off and wide open, corridor also dirty and very quiet like no one staying there, quite scary. I was shocked that the unit given is not under the hotel. Under 3rd party other agent. And no breakfast inclusive. However when I booking stated is breakfast inclusive! This is very bad experience and lesson learned. I will never book through Expedia even cheaper.
