"Our second time staying at the MO KL. It didn’t disappoint. We had club access which was extremely useful if you want to work on your laptop or take meetings outside of your room, you can use the club, very convenient, comfortable and great views over KLCC park and the Petronas Towers. The club offering refreshments and an alternative location for breakfast was brilliant as we were staying over Christmas the hotel was extremely busy. We tried breakfast both on the main ground floor and at the club, more variety and fresher tasting fruit on the ground floor but less crowded and more intimate on the club floor. Didn’t have time to use the pool this time but it’s fantastic, used the well equipped and large gym daily! All hotel gyms should be like this! Thank you to the team at MO KL for making our stay memorable and a special Christmas trip."

"We had a great experience staying at Aloft Sentral. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options and good quality food – easily one of the highlights of our stay. The location is fantastic. Being connected to the shopping mall and having direct access to the monorail made getting around Kuala Lumpur incredibly easy and convenient. It’s a very central base, especially for first-time visitors. The staff were outstanding – super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were both in great condition, clean, modern, and comfortable. Overall, this hotel offered excellent value and comfort, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting KL."

"Clean, roomy, great services. Right smack in Bukit Bintang and across from Pavilion Mall is a huge plus. Very convenient. We didn't pay for the breakfast buffet (Capitol Cafe near by got many breakfast options, cheaper than the buffet cost). Elevator delays sometime created headaches (which is odd, there are six available...). Overall, no issues for our 3 night stay. "

"The butler team of Natasha, Nicole and Robi made our family of 4 stay impeccable. Right at arrival after a tired travelling journey, Natasha brightened up our day with her smile and welcome. As we went through check in in the room, she was always on the lookout for anything to aid my wife, kids and suggesting things she could help us arrange to have a relaxing night. The personal touches and surprises everyday throughout our stay really touched our hearts. The kids especially loved the drawings they received and they were so well drawn. The butler service team really made the stay feel extremely warm and personable, and it made us feel they went above and beyond to make our already luxurious stay even more memorable. The property of course was very well maintained and staff service in other areas of the hotel were also excellent. A commendable team effort that deserves this long review. I will definitely recommend this hotel to stay. "
