"I love this hotel and we always really enjoy staying in it. The staff are wonderful - friendly, polite, helpful. Rado in particular was super nice. The rooms are clean and spacious, the facilities as well. The only drawback I’d say is the pool - it’s not very clean and the jets inside it don’t work. The rest of the spa is ok. I think this is an easy fix though so I’d recommend they fix these issues. Other than that, it’s always perfect. "

"An excellent hotel with a warm and welcoming staff. We did not experience any discrimination toward Israelis at all, on the contrary, the service was wonderful. The spa is of a very high standard with truly professional therapists, and the pool is great and enjoyable. The breakfast is rich, tasty, and diverse, offering plenty of delicious options. "Front desk was very helpful on directions to local sites & calling taxis. Room was good for a couple of nights. A continental breakfast is included & there was more choices than I would have expected. There is also an onsite res't for dinner, which we had one night. The service was very good & so was the food & the proportions were large. A 10-20 minute walk to attractions. "
