"Amazing stay. Location is unbeatable. Steps from central station and all city life and at the same time very quiet. Big bonus: nice bakery across the street with sandwiches, all kinds of pastry and espresso for breakfast or quick bite. Hotel itself very clean and neat. Good good bed linens. Nor.al.size room and shower with perfect flow. Front desk very welcoming. Inner garden is a good place to relax with the drink. Also has parking at reasonable rate. Very happy with the stay."

"We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 boys ages 15 and 13) and we stayed 2 nights in the Novotel München City Arnulfpark in early July 2026. We parked on the street and found street parking to be generally adequate for our stay. Check in went smoothly The room was clean and relatively well-appointed, but it felt relatively small and stuffy. "This is a basic but functional hotel. Room was small, but bed was fine. Bathroom had some toiletries. We would have liked tea/coffee making facilities though. The lounge area downstairs was nice with a good bar. Also there was a very good outdoor area. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that. For a couple of days the hotel was good. Room was a little too small for any longer! Staff were nice. If you want a nice, clean, basic, reasonably priced hotel, near the Olympic park, then...

"Alpine room was facing a very noisy street where a street car goes by regularly...all night long. Be prepared. There is little to no sound proofing. This renders one of the most pricey rooms on offer utterly useless if you like sleeping. Their solution? Ear plugs. The staff was rude when concerns were voiced, and after offering to move us, brought us to a downgraded room. When I inquired after a refund for the difference in cost, I was told no refund or compensation of any kind would be offered....
