今回は９歳の子供との2人旅だったため立地は最高とは言い難かったですが、ホテル（水回りとアメニティ）はとっても良かったです。朝食も美味しかったし、スタッフの方も皆さん親切で次回の熊本旅行もまた泊まりたいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

素晴らしいホテルです。丁寧に受付していただきました。アメニティはロビーでセルフ方式でした。ロビー、通路、部屋、とても清潔です。部屋は無駄なスペースがなく、広々としており、かつ、水回りも使い勝手が良かったです。ゆったり過ごすことができました。立地もいいです。コンビニはすぐ目の前で、繁華街の中にあるので、店選びには困りません。朝食は、熊本名物もいただけて、出張で利用しましたが旅気分も味わえました。また利用させていただきたいです

エクスペディアのアプリから予約をする際、複数のホテルで迷っていたところ、リファのドライヤーの写真が掲載されていたので、こちらのホテルを予約をしました。が、私の予約したお部屋には、温泉施設などでよく見かける、普通のドライヤーが置いてあり、フロントに尋ねると、リファのドライヤーは一部のお部屋にしか置いてないとの事。帰宅後、公式ホームページを見ると、リファのドライヤーの写真など掲載されてなく、他の旅行サイトを見ると、一部のお部屋に置いてあると、表記されていました。一度リファのドライヤーを使ってみたくて、楽しみにしていたから残念でした。 あと、フロント前でサービスの飲み物が置いてあったのですが、17時から19時までと時間制限があり、ちょうどその時間、お城観光に行っていたので、いただけませんでした。チェックインと同時にもらえるようにしてくれたらなぁ、っと思いました。 立地は良く、近くにはコンビニもあり、飲食店も多数ありました。 お部屋は広くて、清潔感があり、シャワーベットは切り替え可能なリファのもので、気持ちよかったです。 朝食はどれも美味しく、品数も多くて、つい食べ過ぎてしまいました。 サイトの表記や無料サービスについては、マイナスな点もありましたが、トータルして、すごく良いホテルでした。

無料の朝食ビュッフェがよかったです 正直ビジネスホテルの朝食ビュッフェにそこまで求めていなかったので僥倖でした スタッフの接客対応もとてもよかったです 駐車場が近隣の提携駐車場に入れること(1200円)になりますが朝食がよかったので気にならなかったです

ホテルの質、考え方、理念に問題がある気がする。 ２泊した2日目の夜には室内着が無い、これは頼めば良い話しなので問題は無いが、一緒に置いてあった私物のTシャツ等が行方不明になり、ひたすら探しても無く、夜中だったのもあるが寝る為には必要なものでフロントに連絡するも今は分からない、とスタッフは探す事も無く、出て来たのはチェックアウトの時だった。 その際に言われたのは、このTシャツで良いですか？よくある事なのですみません、と軽く謝罪。 えっ？そんなに軽い問題？とおもう。 たかがTシャツですが、これが高価な指輪だったら死活問題だ。 出来事を軽く考えすぎてるホテルの問題では無いか。 間違える事はやむを得ないのですが、その後の対応が軽率。 自分自身にも問題がないわけでは無い。 自分達の事は決まり事はしっかりと主張して、お客に対する対応はあまりにも悪すぎる。 しっかりした対応が有ればこんなにも言わないが、よくある事なので…は この先は泊まる方は絶対に無い。 もし気づかず大事な物が無くなっていると考えると恐ろしくなる。 その他の食事は本当に美味しかったし、 それ以外のスタッフの対応も普通に良かった。 不愉快な気持ちでち帰る事になるとはとても残念だ！

街中にあり、場所がとても良いです。朝食は無料で提供されますが、種類が豊富で大満足でした。 ホテル前のコインパーキングを使うととても便利ですが、満車の時が多いので、空車の時を狙って、他の駐車場から移動しました。
