"We didn’t use the airport shuttle or laundry services as we only stayed one night. But it was a great stay after a long travel day. Staff were nice and helpful and I loved that the hotel was attached to the airport. The hotel was very quiet - we couldn’t hear any planes at all which surprised us. "

"Tips: The laundry room can use a bit more consideration. It was quite confusing to figure it out and you need to scan your key to get into the facility, the machine requires a passcode, and the dryers may not be as effective as others. I would suggest air dry if not dry clean before needing to hop on a plane! The breakfast is amazing! I highly recommend that :) With an exception of a couple of things, the room appeared clean and I very much would book here again. Osaka is lovely and the hotel is grand with many things to do, which is great if you don’t want to travel much and still enjoy Japan! "

We came back to the room one night to a surprise slice of cake and a hand written card for my boyfriend's birthday, even though his birthday wasn't til 2 weeks later. That was very nice of the staff to go the extra mile to make our stay feel even more special."

"Very spacious room, especially the bathroom which surprisingly had a separate bathtub and sink/vanity instead of the common combined "unit bath". Modern and stylish interior. Great location right next to a shopping complex and a short walk to Namba station but also quiet at night. Many unique small restaurants under the train tracks. Great takoyaki place and coffee shop nearby. Would stay again!"
