"The room was clean, staff were helpful and polite, enjoyed breakfast. However, I had requested an accessible room and it was not available upon check-in day. Fortunately staff provided one on the second day of my stay. Overall, my stay was pleasant. PS: It would be nice if hotel provided a shuttle to Wind Creek Casino Hotel."

"We stayed in two non-smoking rooms with our children. Unfortunately, the rooms across from us were smoking rooms, so every time we opened our door, a strong cigarette smell came right into our room. It was very unpleasant. Additionally, both rooms had cracks in the windows, which made the rooms feel even less secure. The hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, and there is no breakfast. If you need your room cleaned, you have to request it at the front desk. I asked maintenance to remove the...
