"Staff was kind and courteous. They helped me with my luggage and even was willing to accommodate specific room conditions that I was looking for. They kept my room clean and always replaced the old towels with new one. And they even gave me a very nice welcome bag. They helped me store my luggage when I needed it and even offered to call me a taxi. They were all extremely helpful and greeted me every single time I walked in. They even taught me a little bit of Chinese, highly recommend 100%"

"Good price, bed is a little firmer than I'm used to. Location is not too far from subway station, next to a grocery stores so easy to get drinks/snacks if they don't have what you want downstairs."
