"Described as a spa with robes slippers, deep bath and cooked to order breakfast. Spa closed, no robe, slippers or bath and buffet breakfast . When I asked to speak to management they refused to come but reception said it was advertised at a reduced rate and they sent email stating spa closed. As it was a non refundable payment and email was sent after payment I believe they mis-sold . Please check with hotel before booking to clarify what you are getting. Breakfast did have a good choice of...

"Staff members very rude, they’ll mutter under their breath at you if you ask anything of them. We didn’t have a fridge in our room and politely requested one as we were there to run the marathon and needed a fridge.
2 days of asking no fridge each day the new members of staff had no idea about the fridge request. It seems very disjointed no one passes over any info. Have to keep explaining everyday about the same request.
When we did speak to staff behind the counter one man was extremely...

"We had a great stay. Great location near the castle. I had picked this hotel because it had a/c but it was turned off for the season, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open. The room was clean but the carpet needs a cleaning. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay and our welcome bottle of wine amenity."

"We had booked a cozy room but I didnt realise it meant you couldn't get out of either side of the bed and had to shuffle to the bottom to get out. I have a heart condition so paid to upgrade. It wouldn't be an issue for most but I think should be clearer so people with health or mobility can decide. The rooms were clean but in the 4 nights we stayed the bins weren't emptied and tea/coffee weren't refilled. However, I have no doubt if asked would immediately have been done as the cleaning staff...

"Que hotel tan espectacular, es un palacio húngaro reformado de forma espectacularmente hermosa, la ubicaciòn sin igual, tranquila, bonita para recorrer, incluso comparado con otros hoteles 5 estrellas, literal sales del hotel y vez el imponente parlamento, todo se podia hacer caminando, el desayuno y el lunch delicioso, la atenciòn muy buena y adicionalmente por ser una cadena española hablan español, todos muy atentos. "I had a room on the 7th floor with a roof terrace. This was the reason I booked this hotel, and it was outstanding. Spacious, furnished, with incredible views of the Chain bridge and the Palace on the hill. The property itself has a distinctive decor which you may or may not love. Everything was clean enough, but there was evident wear and tear in the room and around the property, the shower seals had failed and there was water everywhere. At least I didn’t need to clean it up! But these...
