"Rooms were amazing! We got upgraded to villa suite by the wonderful manager and very accommodating staff. Food was 8/10, could work on variety throughout the days so it’s not the same everytime but the meat stations changed everyday which was really nice! Entertainment was meh, Could really use improvement but overall experience was 8/10, would definitely recommend and return for a future visit!"

"The pool side was comfortable. The beach was on site perfectly. Everyone was welcoming. Room were clean. Bathrooms clean. Access to bathroom tissues, hand washing stations, hand towels. Staff was kind and friendly. Buffet always full and stacked. I would absolutely go back to this hotel. What an experience. "

"Property is very very big and right on the beach. I would say the biggest complaint is the wifi in the room is very weak and not that much better when you go around the property. Second, please put a window instead of a screen in the bathroom. We were next to the stairs and it’s just people walking around all hours of the night talking loudly and sliding their feet in their sandals on the ground. "We stayed for 11 days at Neptune Paradise, we had amazing time, room and bathroom has really good size, spotless clean thanks to our cleaner Mohamood, whole resort is very clean and well looked after, good variety of food, something for everyone, staff very friendly and helpful. No shops in walking distance, if you want to stay in this hotel, make sure you bring everything you need with you.
