"Perfect location with friendly staff. Rooms were cleaned daily, we had a small fridge and a kettle which was a great. Very easy walking distance to the old town (15 mins) and the beach was a three minute walk away. All around the hotel was bars and restaurants all within an easy reach. The greek people are the best! We had a really lovely stay and would highly recommend"

"I had an issue with the patio door lock on arrival. The manager called the maintenance guy out at 9pm at night to attempt to fix but was unable to. They promptly moved me to the same room opposite and promised to fix it by the morning. They kept that promise, and I was offered my original room back or could have stayed but I opted to take my original room. One day I got back and there was a small gift from the hotel to apologise! There was no need it was dealt with. The staff were wonderful and always friendly and smiling, nothing was ever too much. The mini bar addition in the room was a nice addition as well!"

"We stayed in an Executive room for five nights. 1. We weren't told that the room is cleaned and tidied only every other day. Things like that should be mentioned in advance. 2. There was a coffee machine in the room. We ran out of coffee capsules after a day and a half. When I asked why the coffee supplies hadn't been replenished, I was told that this had to be done through room service (for a fee!)"

It was a buffet with a large selection of foods including fruit, eggs, potatoes, cereals, coffee, milk and juices. The room and bathroom were nice overall with great water pressure. The view was nice, but wish there was an actual deck. The location was good, but much further from old town than I thought. It was about a 15-20 minute walk. The room seems a little dated. Also, we thought it was silly the staff would not give out pool towels after 3 pm, when it was over 90 degrees out."
