"En arrivant système informatique désuet car ni la carte Visa ni la carte débit RBC n'était acceptée alors que nous les aivons utilisées partout depuis le début du voyage et pendant notre séjour au Arte Hôtel. Avons dû courir au ATM pour retirer du liquide. Avons été très mal reçues. Inacceptable. Ensuite le reste du personnel du soir a été très serviable. Hotel OK et bien situé."

"In terms of cleaning, It was clean, but they asked me to pay for government tax that I´d never paid in any travel I´ve already had in different countries. When I asked why, they called polis for me. Also for using air conditioner, I was told that I have to pay for it. I´d never heard of that anywhere else before."

"We had a 2 night stay here last week. The staff were lovely and helpful, the bedroom was clean, modern and functional with added extras we didn’t expect i.e a water dispenser on each floor and an ice bucket the staff will fill up for you. Looking at some of the other photos I think we either got unlucky or chose the smallest room type when booking as some of the other rooms and balconies online look much bigger than ours and our shower room was very small too and a little dated but it did the job. Overall this hotel is great value for money and I would definitely recommend for someone wanting to see Rhodes Town without spending a lot."

"This is a spectacular property. The room was clean, spacious, airy and very well appointed. The balcony was enormous and had a beautiful view of Turkey across the sea. There are all kinds of restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk and the old town is only a 15 minute walk away. Our suite was the entry level room an it had two full bathrooms and a washing machine. There were numerous thoughtful touches like having detergent for the washing machine, flip flops for the pool, and a beach bag all in the room already. There was a delicious made to order breakfast every morning. We loved opening all the sliding doors to the terrace at night (there were 3 of them) to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves rolling into the beach just across the street. But the real star of the show was the service. With only a dozen or so rooms on the property, the staff really got to know the guests and that went an even longer way towards making us feel at home. Every staff member was great, but Dimitrious and Fratella deserve special recognition for just how well they took care of us. Don’t even think about staying somewhere else. Just book."

"Great hotel near to the harbour of Rhodes town, I travelled with an American friend and with the exception of the room size she couldn’t have been more pleased with a European hotel. High praise if you have any idea how ‘spoiled Americans’ are when it comes to hotel service ;-)"
