The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly. One staff member (I didn’t get her name) spent time to help me make reservations at a restaurant because the website was only in Japanese. She helped me solve a couple of problems during this time and made sure I even received the reservation confirmation. I asked for other suggestions of restaurants and she helped me with that too.
There were no more room upgrades available (as this hotel was a VIP one), but I received some money vouchers, which was useful.
The family room that I got was already very spacious and it was extremely clean; as was the rest of the property.
The hotel’s location is very convenient, steps away from metro lines, buses, stores, and the river!
