"Lovely staff! Fantastic breakfast, the team working in the breakfast buffet were so very kind. Beautiful room, clean and nice amenities. The only con is the pillows were a bit to hard. Otherwise, it was a terrific stay!"

"Loved this hotel so much! My stay in Osaka and Tokyo pale in comparison to it. The bed was fluffy and just soft like I like my beds. The room was spacious with a proper area to eat. Shower and toilet were tucked away but both big places for a plus size person like me. Loved the location. Loved all the amenities. Highly recommend if you’re planning to stay in Kumamoto. It was pricey but worth it. "
