"Staff was nice. The laundry machine was a life saver. Bed and bath was clean. The furniture and walls were noticeably blemished. Good location though."
"Great hotel in a good location. Staff are very courteous and helpful. The Onsen/public bath is excellent, with and indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Would have liked a cold plunge, but the steam room made up for it.
Canal City shopping across the street with a fun nightly fountain show, and a few solid bakeries right next door."
"It is newly renovated, clean and bright. The room is spacious and comfortable to accommodate. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes’ walk to the shopping centres and train station. All in all, it is value for money."
