"I have two negatives for this property. One, make sure if you can't hike up stairs you say so up front. Second, there was no hot water. Third and the most annoying, make sure you communicate to them how many beds you need! I booked the room I did because it was advertised that it had 4-5 beds. However, because they determined that we could all fit in 2, they tried to charge us for a third bed. Apparently because that's the local standard. I had to complain, debate, and show them the listing to get them to eliminate the extra charge.
Positives- The staff, besides the bed incident, was friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. I also appreciated having a kitchen."
