"I often layover in LA and this was the first time I decided to stay at the Hyatt Regency. I was pleasantly surprised. They understand that they are an airport hotel and accommodate travellers exceptionally well. I arrived quite a while before official check in, but they did not make a fuss and immediately allocated me a room. This is quite different to other LAX hotels and was a refreshing change. They definitely understand who there customers are. The hotel was clean and access to the airport was really easy with an efficient shuttle service running all day and night. I will definitely use them again when transitting through LA."

"Loved my room, stayed for a work trip and it was definitely spacious and big for one person. The king size bed was so comfy. Location very close to airport with free shuttle service to it which was great! Breakfast was great with good options!"
